在调查一起外遇事件时,Lucky侦探所的各位忙中出错,不仅任务失败,还令旭淳平(大泉洋 饰)遭到由贵逮捕。正当时多骏太郎(松本润 饰)、新田辉(瑛太 饰)被总务筑紫昌义(角野卓造 饰)痛骂之际,一个青年来到事务所,请求侦探们寻找失踪的父亲涌永隆造。隆造在给儿子的电话留言称将要杀掉一个人后自杀,虽然父子不和,但是青年分外担心父亲的命运。经初步调查,骏太郎等人将目标锁定在与隆造多有瓜葛的年轻女性栗原美月(石原さとみ 饰),但很快发现被公众称作天才经济学家的天野幸一(及川光博 饰)具有莫大嫌疑。前所未有的高智商对手,Lucky侦探所的各位能否与之对抗?   本片为同名电视剧的SP。
